My current interest is in issues of Maternal Health and Reproductive Justice. As a graduate student and postdoctoral fellow at CWRU my research revolved around intestinal health and HIV. As an undergraduate student I researched the onion pathogen Pantoea Ananatis, so I am excited to be back in the world of plants!
I gave a Ted talk on my experience with maternal morbidity called “Mom Effect” and founded a Non-Profit of the same name!
